Dogs Are most welcome and stay for Free. Dogs beds are available or you can bring your own Payment & Terms A 20% deposit is required at booking to confirm the dates. Then the balance is payable 2 weeks before your stay during off peak times. At holiday/peak times the balance is payable 4 weeks prior to your stay. Payments are normally by Direct Bank Deposit to our NAB account. If using internet banking please allow a minimum of 3 business days for your payment to be processed from your account and reach our bank account before your stay. If your stay is less than 3 business days in advance a cash payment at any NAB, Commbank or Heritage Bank branch is required before your arrival. Payment processing by credit card (mc or v) may also be available in these circumstances. Please select your dates carefully as payments are not refundable unless a replacement booking becomes available. Specials & Availability PLEASE CHECK with us for SPECIALS. Including Standby where short stays (less than 3 nights) may be available. We also offer quotes for extended stays. Other things of Note NO additional booking fees to bring your pets and NO exit cleaning fees or other charges. (Providing the home is cared for during your stay**.) **Please note you will be responsible for payment should any loss or damage occur at the home during your stay. Charges will also apply for excessive cleaning or extra beds/linen used that are not booked for your stay. If reimbursement is via credit card you will be notified of the details before any amount is processed from the card to cover replacement, repairs or additional cleaning/linen costs. |
